Only one oil stands out from those years - painted just before I applied to Art College! After my application to Leeds College of Art and Design (now known as Leeds Art University) was rejected I gave up on art for a while, drawing and painting sporadically. At the time I was gutted but now (September 2025 onwards) I'm studying in a way probably not taught these days unless you attend ateliers or have access to realist methods of drawing and painting - Loomis, etc.
